By accessing the website of Digixam Technologies & Management Pvt. Ltd. or engaging our examination management platforms, software, and operational services, client organizations agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Work Orders.
Digixam provides examination software engines, center logistics, biometric hardware deployment, frisking personnel, confidential printing, and OMR evaluation services strictly pursuant to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Examining bodies retain ultimate statutory authority over candidate eligibility, question paper syllabus approval, and final score certification.
Both parties agree to uphold strict confidentiality regarding question paper drafts, answer keys, candidate rosters, and security schedules. Any attempt by unauthorized third parties to tamper with assessment engines, bypass kiosk locks, or compromise confidential materials will be subject to immediate reporting to civil law enforcement and statutory bodies.
All proprietary examination software engines, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and the DIGIXAM trademark and logo remain the exclusive intellectual property of Digixam Technologies & Management Pvt. Ltd. Client assessment question banks and student response records remain the exclusive property of the respective institutional client.
Physical examination papers, serialized OMR response sheets, and sealed envelopes are handled pursuant to multi-point chain-of-custody logs. The recipient authority agrees to verify seal integrity upon receipt and execute official handover certificates.
These terms and all related service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these terms.
